Melilla is a city on the northern coast of Morocco that belongs to Spain. Approximately 99.0% of the population self-identifies as Catholic, Non-Religious, Agnostic, or Muslim.   
 
The Lord has called our team to WIN, DISCIPLE, and HELP Melilla!
 
WIN – Through street outreaches and a Festival we will share the Good News and love of Jesus Christ.
 
DISCIPLE + DEPLOY – We will educate and train pastors and leaders empowering them through the Great Commission.
 
HELP – Our team will meet critical physical needs including food bags for Muslim and Spanish communities, hygiene items for the women’s shelter, backpacks with school supplies for underprivileged Muslim children, and clothing for people in shelters.

Costs are based on shared rooms. For a private room, please contact us for adjusted costs.

  • $2,200.00 + partial airfare includes:
    - Includes all travel arrangements and meals in Melilla.
    - one-night stay in Madrid hotel
    - MSI to book MAD-Melilla-MAD flights.
    - You must book and pay for your own travel from your home city to MADRID (round trip)
     
  • $2,100.00 + partial airfare includes:
    - Includes all travel arrangements and meals in Melilla.
    - MSI to book MAD-Melilla-MAD flights
    - You must book and pay for your own travel from your home city to MADRID (round trip)

Requirements

Prerequisites

  1. Complete Registration Form.
  2. Application Fee - A $250 non-refundable deposit is due with registration.
  3. Valid Passport - expiration date must be 6 months after trip return date.

Restrictions

  1. Must be able to tolerate warm and humid climate.

Preparation

  1. Passport! Check your passport, it must be valid through November 2025. If you don't have a passport, you should start the process immediately.
  2. Book your flight! Find out what to do by downloading Booking Your Flight in Event Resources.
  3. Get your immunizations. No vaccinations are required for entry into Spain/Morocco; however, we recommend you check with your physician about what is best for you. You may also check the Center for Disease Control website for recommendations (cdc.gov – go to Traveler’s Health).
  4. Begin praying for this event, our staff and the local pastors and churches. Ask the Lord to start preparing your heart and the hearts of those we will serve in Melilla!
